SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from warehouses in the US, CN, EU, and AU. Free shipping is available to most countries in Europe, North America, and Oceania (most apparel items excluded). For all other destinations, enter your address at checkout to see your shipping rate.

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery takes 10-45 days depending on your address, with most shipments arriving within 25 days. Orders to North America, Europe, and Oceania are guaranteed to be delivered within 90 days.

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Make sure to include your contact phone number for safer delivery, and double-check your delivery address — we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. Any customs fees or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with photographic proof of condition.

To start a return, email us with your order number and proof of purchase — we'll provide the return address once approved. You cover return shipping (tracked service recommended). We don't offer direct exchanges; return for a refund and reorder instead.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
