RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, counted from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide photographic proof of the condition of the item, including the packaging box.

To start a return, contact us via email with your order number and proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for returned items that are lost in transit.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If your order is returned to us after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is received at our warehouse.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — refunds can take some time to officially post.
