Information on this policy may be affected by the recent COVID-19 situation. Countries may have more restricted customs rules, and parcels may be kept in quarantine before being released to the customers. Our guaranteed delivery time will also be extended due to this impact.

We will try to use premium shipping methods for most orders without incurring additional shipping cost at the customer's expense. However, premium shipping methods can still be delayed by the border customs.

FREE SHIPPING provides free shipping to most countries in Europe, North America, and Oceania.

However, most apparel items are excluded from free shipping.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ships internationally.

Outside the Free Shipping countries, we provide various shipping rates for different products and volumes. We have warehouses in US, CN, EU, and AU. Most of our shipments will be despatched from our CN warehouse if the stocks in the other regions have been depleted.

Please submit your shipping address at the checkout to see your shipping rate. 



Most orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from our warehouses. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

The delivery time ranges from 10 - 45 days depending on your shipping address. Most of the shipments are delivered within 25 days. Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly in your order.

In the case where your order was undelivered due to incorrect delivery details provided by you in the order, we will only process a refund deducting the cost of shipping and admin fees after receiving the returned parcel.

Due to COVID-19, all orders to North America, Europe, and Oceania are guaranteed to be delivered within 90 days. If the parcel takes longer than 90 days to deliver, please let us know, and we will conduct a thorough investigation before resolving the issue with compensation or full refund.
