Information on this policy may be affected by the recent COVID-19 situation. Countries may have more restricted customs rules, and parcels may be kept in quarantine before being released to the customers. Our guaranteed delivery time will also be extended due to this impact.
We will try to use premium shipping methods for most orders without incurring additional shipping cost at the customer's expense. However, premium shipping methods can still be delayed by the border customs.

We ship internationally, and provide free shipping to most countries in Europe, North America, and Oceania.
However, most apparel items are excluded from free shipping.
Outside the Free Shipping countries, we provide various shipping rates for different products and volumes. We have warehouses in US, CN, EU, and AU. Most of our shipments will be despatched from our CN warehouse if the stocks in the other regions have been depleted.

Most orders will ship within 1-5 business days from our warehouses. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
The delivery time ranges from 7 - 45 business days depending on your shipping address. Most of the shipments are delivered within 25 days.
Due to COVID-19, all orders to North America, Europe, and Oceania are currently guaranteed to be delivered within 90 days. If the parcel takes longer than 90 days to deliver, please let us know, and we will conduct a thorough investigation before resolving the issue with compensation or full refund.
RETURN AND REFUND
We have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
